Sports is the ultimate, real-life social network. I'm trying to bring it online.
I'm the Founder at YourSports. We're creating the sports graph--a social network for local sports.

We're on two paths in this life. One with God. One with ourselves and others.Support, encourage, and enable others in their path to God. But do not judge.
Empower but do not enable others. Support but set boundaries. Love and be loved. Keep others accountable, be accountable. Be present. Count your blessings. Don't look back in anger, it's all a journey. Don't let others make you feel different than you feel about yourself, stand up for you. Do the right thing. What the man in the mirror thinks matters most--get to know him well.

TED Talks: Let's raise kids to be entrepreneurs

Couldn't agree more with this talk! Two stories:
- After attempting to start a card show at Barnes Elementary in the 2nd grade, my teacher Mrs. Torppa dug out old issues of the Entrepreneur magazine from her garage and brought them to school for me. This was in 1992, I was 8 years old.
- In 3rd grade, I needed some money so my uncle Ron let me pick plums from his trees out in Ostrander. I cleaned them up, then went door to door. My mom and uncle Steve were worried I'd come back pennliess and discouraged... I came back with $6!
